Privacy

Blackjack Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It stores what it needs to do that job and nothing else.

What is stored

  • Your account details: email address, username, display name, role, currency preference.
  • Your password, stored only as a hash — never in a readable form.
  • Your blackjack sessions: date, casino, stakes, buy-in, cash-out and any notes you choose to add.
  • An authentication session so you stay logged in between visits.
  • If you asked for an account: the name, email address and message you submitted, kept as a record of the decision. The requesting IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, to limit abuse.

How your data is protected

  • Every session read and write is authorised on the server and scoped to your account.
  • The login cookie is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so it cannot be read by scripts or sent from other sites.
  • Administrator actions are checked on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

Marketing and tracking

The public pages carry no advertising, no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers. Only the public pages are open to search engines; everything behind the login is marked as not indexable.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual sessions yourself, and you can export everything to CSV first. Ask your administrator to remove the account entirely.
