Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they get an account.

Can I sign up for an account?
Not directly. You submit a request from the Request Access page and an administrator reviews it. If it is approved, your account is created and your login details are sent to the email address you gave.
How long does approval take?
Requests are reviewed by a person, so it is not instant. You do not need to submit more than once — only one open request per email address is kept.
Who can see my sessions?
Only you. Every session is stored against your user account and every read or write is authorised on the server against that account.
What is the difference between the Standard and Professional tiers?
Standard covers session logging and the full analytics dashboard. Professional adds the Hi-Lo counting suite: running count, true count from decks remaining, and an editable true-count bet spread.
How do I get the Professional tier?
There is no checkout. An administrator enables the counting tier on your account, and the permission is enforced on the server as well as in the interface.
What does the tracker calculate for me?
Profit and loss per session, cumulative profit over time, win rate, average win and average loss, winning and losing streaks, maximum drawdown, ROI, and performance grouped by casino and by weekday.
How is win rate calculated?
Win rate is the share of sessions that finished in profit: sessions where cash-out exceeded buy-in, divided by total sessions. A break-even session counts as a non-win. The dashboard chart shows this as a rolling figure over your last 10 sessions, so a hot or cold run is visible rather than averaged away.
How is ROI calculated?
ROI is cumulative profit divided by cumulative buy-in, expressed as a percentage. It answers a different question from total profit: how hard the money you put on the table actually worked. Putting $10,000 through the shoe to win $500 is a 5% ROI, regardless of how many sessions it took.
How is maximum drawdown calculated?
The tracker follows your cumulative profit, records the highest point it has ever reached, and measures how far below that peak you currently are. Maximum drawdown is the worst of those falls. It is the single most useful number for sizing a bankroll, because it shows the deepest hole your actual results have put you in.
What are units, and why track them?
If you record a unit size for a session, the tracker also expresses the result in units instead of currency. That lets you compare a $25 table with a $100 table on equal terms, and the whole dashboard can be toggled between money and units.
Which currency does it use?
You choose a display currency in settings and every amount in the app is formatted with it.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export your full session history to CSV at any time.
How does the card counter work?
It uses the Hi-Lo system: low cards add one to the running count, tens and aces subtract one. The running count is divided by the decks remaining to produce the true count, which drives the bet spread you configure.
Is the card counter available to everyone?
It is gated per account. An administrator enables card counter access, and the server enforces that permission as well as the interface.
Does this help me beat the casino?
It is a record-keeping and practice tool, not a guarantee. Blackjack still carries risk — track your results honestly and gamble responsibly.
