There is no checkout. You request an account, an administrator reviews the request and picks the starting plan, and it can be moved up or down at any time. Every limit — the session cap, the one-year window, CSV export and the counting suite — is enforced on the server as well as in the interface, so a plan is a real permission rather than a cosmetic one.
